To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時經過銅鑼灣見到永年士多門口排著長長既人龍,剛巧今日晚上經過比中午人流少,今日终於可以去潮聖,排一排隊果然係有原因的,絕對是正確的。店內環境清潔,裝修都令人感覺好舒適,店員態度亦非常友善有禮貌。一場o黎到,當然要叫大碗麵,配料有十樣,豬腸、魚蛋、鷄翼、 蘿蔔、豬皮、豬紅、雞翼尖、 紅腸、菜、魷魚,可以話乜都有d。啱晒啲心大心細,又有選擇困難症嘅人,例如我。最愛的豬腸夠入味,感覺新鮮乾淨,沒有異味。陳皮魚蛋彈牙清香,蘿白清甜。豬皮又爽又入味。抹茶紅豆冰 ($15) 有驚喜,真的很多紅豆!抹茶味亦都非常濃郁,但又不會太甜,可以一試。最後再追加多叫了鮮油多士,厚多士外脆內軟,微微烘燶,夾著鮮油,好快被我KO 了 ,下次一定再encore 。總括o黎講,永年士多日日大排長龍都係有原因既,值得一試。

一場o黎到,當然要叫大碗麵,配料有十樣,豬腸、魚蛋、鷄翼、 蘿蔔、豬皮、豬紅、雞翼尖、 紅腸、菜、魷魚,可以話乜都有d。啱晒啲心大心細,又有選擇困難症嘅人,例如我。最愛的豬腸夠入味,感覺新鮮乾淨,沒有異味。陳皮魚蛋彈牙清香,蘿白清甜。豬皮又爽又入味。
