To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 就算唔係住喺元朗,都一定聽過永年仲記得個陣專登搭車入去幫襯添~而家銅鑼灣都開咗分店喇咁近公司,一於lunch去試下先!大大個menu係收銀處上面非常清楚,買完就排隊攞嘢食我就叫咗「魷魚蘿蔔韭菜餃時菜冬菇 配 油麵」「魷魚」係白灼土魷個種,大小剛好,爽口「蘿蔔」好甜好多汁,睇下張相都知幾入味成舊蘿蔔索哂啲汁變透明「韭菜餃」唔係爆哂餡個種,但勝在入面既調味好好「時菜」係菜心,上面有秘製醬汁撈埋食,正「冬菇」啲冬菇應該有用蠔油調過味,甜甜地「油麵」佢嘅麵質唔算好硬,偏向似意大利麵嘅質感我個人黎講覺得不錯「紅豆冰 +$15」特別推介!豆多而且奶味濃!總括而言,開得分店嘅都有一定嘅信心,經過銅鑼灣大家不仿一試呀!
