To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先要說明一點,這間餐廳是我和朋友們在中學時常來吃午餐的!貪佢坐得幾舒服同埋對當時我地黎講已經係幾好味既Lunch啦!!今次來慶祝兩位友人生日,便到了這兒慶祝...已有6-7年沒來這兒了,一入內,由於裝修了罷?所以環境其實都幾舒服,幾好Feel!看看Menu,也有一些正常的美國餐Dishes、小吃等...叫了小食拼盤、牛肉三重奏、墨西哥肉醬焗粟米片、煙三文魚海鮮麵、焗芝士波菜麵、肉醬千層麵...「小食拼盤」好唔得,份量唔多但要$108...「墨西哥肉醬焗粟米片」的肉醬就是和一般茶餐廳的肉醬是一樣的...不過那「焗芝士波菜麵」也真不錯,很creamy!算是全晚最好的了...由於叫主菜加$10會有沙律,便加了幾個啦...誰不知,那侍應真的是沒有service manner和common sense的,他們竟來收我們的沙律,但我地好明顯係未食完架...每次上菜也問那道菜是誰的,我想他們這間餐廳很少人會一班人來叫大堆食物Share的...給我的感覺真是和茶餐廳沒有分別的服務。咁既價錢咁既服務,真係去附近的Outback仲好啦!
