久仰杜老誌大名,傳統港式小炒飯店排檔為誰打。比排檔乾淨舒適,但鍋氣十足,食到香港傳統飯店味道。雖然地點在灣仔及銅鑼灣之間,但值回票價。杜老誌裝飾以香港特色生活文化為主,以不同港式招牌同具歷史性的物件作唔同裝飾主題。大招牌,麻雀館門牌,酒樓婚禮裝飾,舊式洋樓電梯等等具香港特色的主題作背景,似一眼睇過,經歷過香港人的日常生活方式。個人覺得似走回童年與爸爸去大排擋食晚飯,早上飲茶的回憶。真係果啲情景番晒嚟。今晚同朋友K仔一起來回憶港式味道。首先我哋從街頭小食開始,臭豆腐。外脆內軟,加埋甜醬就是完美。之後係炸魷魚鬚,外皮起脆口,加埋喼汁真係一流。香脆嘅野仲有係咕嚕肉。酸甜,外脆香口。另外加,了一道特色野,係水蛋蒸花甲。花甲唔老水蛋都好滑。師傅手勢一流。杜老誌可以享受到港式餸菜的特色。值得回味。
