To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去D2搵好嘢食!同同事兩個人每人叫咗一個lunch 馬拉豬頸肉喇沙滲滲🍜好奇想睇吓咩叫滲滲 原來係指油麵加米粉 個人比較鍾意油麵 口感彈牙啲 米粉就可以吸湯 喇沙湯底濃郁 椰漿味濃 個人覺得可以辣多少少🤤成碗喇沙好多餸 除咗豬頸肉 仲有雞蛋 魚蛋 豆卜 豬頸肉炭燒感唔重 都唔夠嫩滑 😕印尼炒飯 用石頭鍋上 有誠意 🤟熱辣辣仲可以整到飯焦 賣相睇落好豐富 味道方面 雞肉串沙嗲汁惹味 炒飯偏鹹 有幾隻甜辣醬炒蝦 同樣太重味 成碗飯食完就好口渴😿欣賞佢嘅飲品 叫咗斑蘭薏米水 感覺滋潤 另外仲有羅漢果茶 都幾有特色
