To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對的時間做對的事;寒天冰凍絕對又是打邊邊的吉日。來自2000年日本東京首店開幕的温野菜,於2014在台灣開店,終於輪到香港了。温野菜是指温熱的野菜,時令蔬菜配上精緻和牛,是抗寒絕寶。誰說食火鍋是粗略麻甩的行為,打邊邊絕對是美美聚會之一。温野菜位於海港城LCX,又可看海景、又可選滋補湯鍋、又可嚐日本鮮食材,這絕對是可列入美美型格的聚餐。選完湯底再選定食,又或者選完湯底後自選其他食材。原本日式火鍋選昆布湯或壽喜湯是最穩健,但餐牌上款款吸引。溫野菜有9款湯底,北海道昆布湯、四川麻辣湯、有機豆乳湯、秘傳月見壽喜湯、完熟番茄湯、骨膠原柚子湯、北海道咖哩湯、鰹魚湯和藥膳湯。最後也選了平時也喜愛的藥膳湯,總覺得藥膳只有中菜才會用心做得好,服務員奉上時說明藥膳湯底得12款材料及每款落了小量。其實都未有多大信心,怎料湯越滾越香濃,加多幾次湯也不用擔心淡化藥膳味,非常好味,極為滋補。這是我選的豪華絢爛定食,其實我知道進食要由前菜,蔬菜食起才算健康,但和牛一直呼喚著我。前菜辣醬芝士,其實是不辣,微辣香配上芝士,我一個人又不客氣食晒了。蕃茄醬說我每次食日本野時便很不同,分得每人分量好清楚。哈哈!肉類,這個餐有

前菜辣醬芝士,其實是不辣,微辣香配上芝士,我一個人又不客氣食晒了。蕃茄醬說我每次食日本野時便很不同,分得每人分量好清楚。哈哈!

肉類,這個餐有佐賀A5黑毛和牛肉眼 、澳洲M9 和牛肩脊肉、美國上級牛肋肉和熊本豚腩肉。

雖與和牛同桌,但熊本豚腩肉也不為遜色。肉香嫰滑。雖然店職員提議由A5開始先食,但經驗告訴我,反正我進食也算快,還是從上級牛肋肉先食,最後才A5 和牛。這樣便可享受一級比一級幼滑。三款牛也很好,佐賀A5黑毛和牛更是最好,雪花密度高,嫰滑無比,入口即融。

野菜五品盛合,所有蔬菜也是日本出產,鮮甜水潤,我個人覺得啡金菇及生菜是不可錯過,啡金菇有點帶藥膳味道,生菜鮮甜無比。

除五品盛合,還單點了蘿蔔及芽菜,蘿蔔以長薄片狀,爽口鮮甜,芽菜肥嘟嘟的,很多水。

亦單點了蕃薯蓉、栗子蓉,當融在口裡,只有濃極的蕃薯或栗子味道,這個不曾食過,也值得一試。

温野菜是日本的火鍋店,用這個百多至幾百的價錢便可食到來自日本的和牛蔬菜,勝價值高!一人一鍋,打邊邊'set to' ,盡享日本風格,怪不得那麼多人排隊。(沒有限定一人要叫一個鍋定食,細食女仔不想十成飽,可以叫一鍋再追加食物,但好好味,我沒有後悔一個人食晒一個定食!)
