包場@九龍城Rossa Gourmet, 跟同事們渡過了美酒佳餚既晚上〜Feel So Great!先黎每人兩大隻生蠔(我以前不吃,今次俾面吃了之後又一愛上既高檔食物,發現好味既生蠔係咩都唔沾已經好好味)之後有面包拼盤(唔熱既面包始終差d)法國蜜瓜拼48個月同64個月既HAM (very nice!) 之前訂過法國蜜瓜到食個刻始終都好熟甜到拿喉,今次食到正常蜜瓜既texture甜度剛好⋯⋯〜個人覺得48個月既ham 好食d!比⋯⋯64個月既油d。白酒煮BB青口(本人比較喜歡creamy 既,會推之前到瑞士餐廳食既BB青口)BB Eel (很日式既做法,唔腥感覺像煙燻或鹽醃過!配生洋蔥粒會冇咁咸易入口d,成個味道我覺得好似大阪食過用杮葉包住鯖魚既壽司,比鯖魚更油)超肥美既海膽Toast!(以前不愛,現在很愛!真係好厚實既一大片仲一d都唔腥,toast 勁牛油仲外微脆內軟,完全忘記體重管理跟膽固醇超標,吞下2件)鵪春脾(蜜汁制,非常可愛既size但冇咩肉食到)Medium羊架(個人不吃羊,no comment, 但友人們說不so好味)黑毛豬扒同澳州M5和牛(讚!只須沾少少海鹽食已超讚!連配
