泰式生牛肉撻配骨髓(Thai Beef Tartare with Bone Marrow)
泰式辛辣特色同法式高級食材骨髓結合,創造出一個層次豐富嘅味道。生牛肉嫩滑,配合微酸嘅青檸汁同香茅味道,而骨髓嘅濃郁甘香,完美平衡咗生牛肉嘅清爽感。

燒烤雞(Grilled Gai Yang Chicken)
泰式燒雞,外皮燒得香脆,雞肉內裡嫩滑多汁,調味亦恰到好處。佐以甜辣醬。

焗三巴醬鱈魚(Baked Sambal COD fish)
鱈魚焗得非常入味,魚肉鮮嫩,帶有三巴醬嘅獨特辣味同香氣。三巴醬嘅鹹香配上鱈魚嘅細膩口感,加上微微焦香嘅焗皮。

辣味三文魚杯(Chilli Salmon cups)
杯狀嘅擺盤非常吸睛,三文魚切粒鮮甜嫩滑,配上輕微辣味嘅醬汁,爽口得嚟又唔會太重味。
