食蟹嘅季節又到啦,同朋友黎食蟹,職員介紹咗蟹皇之皇金裝大閘蟹套餐


清蒸大閘蟹
唯一嘅重點就係好多蟹膏,個蟹好大,夠兩個人食,而且蟹膏多到嬲食完唔會覺得太油膩清蒸如果太過耐就會啲蝦肉好老,不過呢個啱啱好,好滑🥰


蟹粉魚翅
其實表面就唔係好睇到話係咪有啲咩蟹粉,不過個顏色係真係有啲唔同嘅,食落口重蟹味,魚翅可以選擇唔好落醋,咁樣就會識得更加清個蟹味


蟹粉三弄(蟹粉小籠湯包,上湯豆苗、蟹粉籠仔栥飯)
我覺得蟹粉小籠湯包最好食,可能因為我最鍾意食小籠包啦。


粢飯係幾特別嘅,平時食粢飯都係配油炸鬼,但係今次有蟹粉口味就豐富咗好多


豆苗幾清淡,食完蟹再食返啲豆苗就冇咁滯啦



職員介紹話係由師傅親手鮮拆蟹肉,工序長達五小時,就係為左保留左最鮮甜的原味。見到餐牌都係以蟹為主題的菜式,融入上海菜特色,廚師自自研發


空間寬敞,座位舒適,設有大型圓枱,適合家庭聚餐與朋友聚會。餐廳位於地鐵站出口旁,交通便利,正對國際廣場,仲有打卡位🤗🤗
