To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再來一道濃湯金華魚卷,賣相精緻,是相當考究師傅手藝的菜式,先將東星斑起肉切薄片,捲著露筍,再以濃湯燴煮,吃起來咸鮮惹味,嫩滑無比,值得一試。

始終菜式有濃有淡,結尾總想來點清新的,所以這碗嫩雞煨麵就最適合不過,既有濃湯的鮮味,又有清爽滑溜的口感,有種如沐春風的感覺。
