睇一睇相簿,原來差唔多成年都無咩點拎過相機出街食飯同影相 😨 實在太浪費...但又好似無可奈何。同舊友嘅飯局,最欣賞呢間 月下酌 嘅一道菜,叫「鮑汁松茸燴珍珠」,粒粒珍珠米入哂味,不時會食到濃郁菇香,加隻鮑魚仔做襯托,有層次感得嚟而身價再提升一下😉新派中餐館,除咗鮑魚飯,今晚個 dinner set 仲有其他幾款菜式,講到奢華有「南瓜蟹肉蛋白羹」金箔花膠蟹肉為個蛋白羹係視覺上起點綴作用🤣講返個頭盤先,唔講個名一定以為個茄子係炸豆腐...因為我都以為係,外脆內軟!醉雞卷不過不失,杞子帶出甜香,作為頭盤幾合適😃講到個地獄料理係因為佢用咗紅肉火龍果入饌嘅「咕嚕肉」,但肉片好脆身,酸甜得嚟幾開胃,其實都幾好食!甜品桂花香幾突出,燉到個雪梨透哂,食落去必然係潤肺之選😉加埋呢度環境,慶祝節日其實唔錯。😊

因為我都以為係,外脆內軟!醉雞卷不過不失,杞子帶出甜香,作為頭盤幾合適😃

講到個地獄料理係因為佢用咗紅肉火龍果入饌嘅「咕嚕肉」,但肉片好脆身,酸甜得嚟幾開胃,其實都幾好食!
