To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次介紹返呢一間我經常來嘅深水埗食店「金豪」! 有蒲開深水埗嘅朋友,眾所週知佢係一間「長龍」店😅皆因佢嘅食物同埋服務態度喺深水埗都算係頭幾名😎👍🏼如果唔想排長龍,可以選擇喺夜晚10點後來幫襯,仲有全單八五折優惠添😂🙈 1️⃣講返今次啲嘢食先,今次我係兩個人去,所以嘢食唔多🙇🏻一坐低店員就會奉上一碟「醃青瓜」,千祈唔好睇小呢啲醃青瓜,佢醃嘅酸度同甜度剛剛好,令人會想係咁食嘅感覺!10分開胃🤤重點係佢唔收錢!黎到呢度,我每次一定會叫嘅係「避風塘炒賴尿蝦」「肉」,無錯!淨係賴尿蝦「肉」,食店好細心咁將賴尿蝦嘅用起咗,完全冇殻架!然後再用避風塘方式去爆妙,蒜加埋鮮甜嘅賴尿蝦肉,十分惹味!加上店家已經起肉,啱晒我呢啲懶人食😂😂2️⃣第二樣就係啫啫爽肉芥蘭煲,呢樣菜式佢係將個瓦煲先燒熱上枱,再將已經炒好嘅芥蘭同埋爽肉係你面前倒入去煲,「啫啫」聲即刻係你面前呈現👍🏼烽煙四起,香氣撲鼻😍芥蘭10分嫩口加爽脆,爽肉彈牙,再加上醬汁嘅鹹香,飯都扒多兩碗
