To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 深水埗有很多味道不錯的小炒,今天和家人來到這間經常排隊的中式菜館。由於限聚令的關係,即刻比以往少,雖然沒有長長的人龍,不過全個餐館也滿座了。避風塘瀨尿蝦238砂煲芥蘭啫爽肉 88亮哥招牌炒飯98金豪和味雞148鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉108翡翠炒班球小菜相當有水準,我和家人點選了數個小菜,最後各人也讚不絕口,捧着肚子再打包回家。個人最喜歡砂煲芥蘭啫爽肉,店員捧着一個燒滾了的砂煲來到面前,然後立即把所有材料放進去快炒。瞬間冒出熱騰騰的煙,香氣四溢,非常惹味。特別一讚還有炒飯,每一粒粒粒分明,炒得乾身又入味。其他小菜也好吃,不過個人覺得和味雞份量稍小,如果再多一點便好了。

個人最喜歡砂煲芥蘭啫爽肉,店員捧着一個燒滾了的砂煲來到面前,然後立即把所有材料放進去快炒。瞬間冒出熱騰騰的煙,香氣四溢,非常惹味。

其他小菜也好吃,不過個人覺得和味雞份量稍小,如果再多一點便好了。
