To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同朋友一行四人,嚟到深水埗嘅金豪酒家晚飯。金豪酒家位於青山公路17號,外表係一間平平冇奇的酒家,內裡卻充滿地道港式風味的海鮮大排檔。 雖然佢有2間舖位,地方都算大,但人流非常多,座無虛席,好彩有訂位,才不用等位。我哋點了龍躉2味- 清蒸班頭腩- 翡翠西蘭花炒班球芥辣牛肉粒米網蝦春卷避風塘賴尿蝦肉魚腐浸菜苗上菜速度都幾快,每碟份量都算多,味道都好有鑊氣,不會因為人多而影響質素清蒸龍躉,用了很多蔥、陳皮清蒸魚腩,又不會過火,肉質鮮嫩,非常好味。炒班球,厚厚的龍躉肉,大滿足。芥辣炒牛肉粒,牛肉粒被芥辣醬包裹著,並配上合桃點綴,味道刺激中帶點甜味,惹味非常。米網蝦春卷,香口,雖然係炸的,但沒有油膩感沒想過瀨尿蝦不用自己剝殼,啖啖肉,肉質鮮味魚腐浸菜苗
