To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐都無出行食飯,今晚同家人去食小菜,好想食下小炒鑊氣。今次去左呢間係深水埗區都有名氣既酒家。冰火魷魚前菜當然食下冷盤,冰火魷魚。魷魚夠爽口,加上微辣的豉油醬汁,配搭好味。沙薑豬手沙薑雞就食得多,今次點沙薑豬手,豬手肉質彈牙,沙薑味道夾豬手又幾得意啊。芥辣牛柳粒芥辣牛肉粒,牛肉粒和芥辣醬炒埋一碟。肉質嫩滑不韌。而芥辣味道剛好,不會太樸喉。而伴碟仲有爆香左既香脆甜合桃。金豪和味雞此道金豪和味雞,雞肉好鮮嫩,入口啖啖滑雞肉,烹調時間剛剛好。呢d 就喺廚師既功力。雞煲翅重頭戲雞煲翅啊,翅既比重真係重點,入口啖啖翅,一般都係一小塊,呢度起碼都半碗啊,還有雞湯香味撲鼻,又不似係味精,非精好味道。豉油皇鵝腸拿,到鵝腸喇。真係又大又肥又爽口,好難去形容。其實甘肥美既鵝腸,爽夾滑,下次必定encore!金沙鮮魷金沙鮮魷,係用咸蛋炒鮮魷,炒到甘香黃色,有少少香脆。咸香味道濃郁,鮮魷肉厚,一淡一濃炒起來嘅配搭係有心思既。啫啫通菜啫啫通菜就真係要讚下喇。一般大家都以為係普通菜一碟。原來侍應會拿出一個已燒紅的煲,係客人枱前即時炒一次。又真係好特別既一道菜。
