Restaurant: 金豪酒家

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啱啱去完旅行返嚟,好耐無食過中菜啦,於是約埋屋企人嚟到深水埗人氣中菜館金豪酒家食個晚飯,呢間平時經過都見到好多人㗎啦,好彩book定位啫。 今次揀咗個龍躉兩味,一次過試晒兩款唔同造法。 清蒸斑頭腩:斑頭腩夠滑,魚肉鮮甜,配合埋大量香蔥,非常美味。雲耳爽脆可口,吸收晒魚嘅鮮味,絕對係成碟菜嘅精華所在。 翡翠炒球:魚肉嫩滑,魚味濃郁,西芹爽脆,可以中和魚肉的膩感,亦增加口感層次。  金豪和味雞(半隻):雞肉肉質嫩滑,鹹香味十足。 蘿蔔清湯腩煲:牛腩炆得夠軟夠稔,肥瘦適中,蘿蔔清甜無渣,湯清甜美味。 啫啫通菜:以熱砂鍋呈上,夠晒鑊氣,通菜焦香爽脆,同時吸收晒腐乳醬汁精華。 沙薑豬手:豬手炆得軟糯入味,皮爽又夠彈,醬汁酸酸辣辣,絕對係靈魂所在。 豉油皇中蝦:中蝦色澤金黃,口感鮮嫩,咬起嚟爽口彈牙,並且帶有濃郁嘅豉油香氣。
