打邊爐一向是香港人最愛美食之一😍深宵特別餓，趁住宵夜時間9點後8折就試試🤤🤤湯底都有好多選擇，包括麻辣鍋、胡椒豬肚鍋、鮮菌菇鍋、椰子雞鍋、蕃茄牛膝骨鍋、酸菜魚鍋，而我就試了花膠雞鍋❗️花膠雞鍋湯底濃郁厚實，有花膠、冬菇、雞粒，清甜味道最適合嗌海鮮拼盤突出返海鮮嘅鮮味🦐🐟🔸海鮮拼盤種類算多，有扇貝、蝦、鮑魚、魚、蜆，樣樣新鮮厚肉彈牙🔸日本和牛三角胸小排（A4和牛）A4和牛油肪雪花平均，入口嫩滑，口感細膩，加上吸收花膠雞鍋湯汁後湯底牛肉香氣更豐富，味道濃郁🐂🤤🤤🔸墨魚滑大大個蟹籽墨魚滑，已經將蟹籽及墨魚滑拌勻，每一口都充滿蟹籽同墨魚粒，美味😋🔸芝士蟹柳蟹柳裡面有看得見嘅芝士條，加熱後會變成流心芝士湧出嚟，口感過癮，十分邪惡😈😈🔸珍珠奶茶最後當然唔少得台式珍珠奶茶🧋，煙靭程度適中，一路打邊爐一路飲珍珠奶茶，太正關係不自覺地越飲越多
