刺身寫兩三張先來一盤，淨係得熟食來齊哂，啲壽司又留單，冇叫既熟食又亂上，啲單勁亂。壽司豉油就會個好深既細膠碗，又唔環保又難點。熟食既質素不高，唯一比較食得落既得火炙壽司。
