尖沙咀棉登徑這家渡邊屋壽司專門店,果然沒辜負「日本直送海鮮」的說法。時令活蠔配海葡萄是驚喜,蠔殼撬開時還帶著海水的清鮮,入口軟嫩沒有腥氣,搭配彈脆的海葡萄,鹹鮮混著清甜很清爽。三文魚手卷卷得扎實,海苔脆生生的,裡面三文魚厚切又柔軟,還帶著微微的脂香。松葉蟹肉蟹籽沙律很討喜,蟹肉絲纖細清甜,蟹籽咬開會爆開鹹香,拌著清爽的沙律醬,解膩又開胃。海老天婦羅外殼薄脆不油,蝦肉緊實彈牙,配著同款海老壽司,一個鮮脆一個柔軟,對比著吃很有趣。最愛燒鵝肝壽司,鵝肝烤得外微焦內軟嫩,抿一口就化開,脂香混著醋飯的酸勁剛剛好。最後用鰹魚醬油蕎麥麵收尾,蕎麥麵勁道,醬油湯鮮得很純凈,吃完滿嘴清爽。這趟帶朋友來試,確實沒踩雷,新鮮度撐起了大半好味,值得再來。
