To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺南丫島發現咗間海鮮酒家，壽記嘅聲勢可能唔及隔籬架，但食物質素絕對喺線上呀！平靚正嘅海鮮大餐，由頭盤嘅爽滑聖子起，每一啖都鮮甜過癮。炒蜆嘅話，哎喲，蠔油香味揮發入口，蜆仔爽口得滾，嗜辣一族可以試吔，別有一番風味。扇貝呢，一口粒粒蒜蓉的碧綠，一口鮮美肉質，好食到停唔到口！🤤至於生炒糯米飯，綿密之餘又帶啲Q彈，令人食指大動。啲粒粒米飯爆香，打底喺下面嘅肉沫嚟，仲有味道剛剛好嘅蝦仁🦐，糯米飯一絕！等咗半個鐘真係值得，廚師手藝真心插旗。點心方面，個牛柏葉令人驚喜連連，叉燒包嘅烤焦香，湯餃嘅湯汁鮮美，都係驚為天人。整體感覺，氣氛休閒，食物新鮮，價錢平，仲要係海邊感受迎面海風，吹得人太舒服，真係一個食高返您口福㗎！😌👍
