網上有介紹過一手赤蝦的報導,今日就去試一試,一手捉得都算多,全部都做燒蝦,蝦肉剛熟,非常爽彈,還有點蝦膏。刺身中左口魚最鮮,其次是三文魚,甜蝦則爽甜。北寄貝加了清酒,而且店員火喉控制準確,所以剛熟即上碟,爽口有酒香又帶鮮甜。鮑魚亦是火喉控制得極好,不會燒得太乾,有鮑魚香又彈牙。多士吸收了蟹味噌甲羅燒的鮮味,入口有蟹膏鮮味同時又有海水咸香。羊架有少許羊騷味,但肉質嫩腍有肉香,還有點油脂香。黑松露茸野菌用錫紙包著燒,真是原汁原味,充滿黑松露香。最後揀了鐵板燒牛肉野菜拉麵做主食,拉麵彈牙,椰菜及牛肉配菜甚多。套餐還有雪糕做甜品。
