12月尾做冬去咗醉金渦打邊爐,估唔到變咗禁堂食前嘅最後一餐火鍋dinner!只係一個月前,感覺好似過咗好耐咁!呢間醉金渦餐廳環境好靚,地方寬敞,坐得好舒服,爸媽好滿意,推薦!我哋點咗四人火鍋海鮮餐($2280),包足料湯底、多款火鍋配料(牛肉、海鮮拼盤、四色手工丸子、自家現炸響鈴)、海立魚刺身一條、水果、涼茶或紅酒。鍋底選擇好多,有d 可以mix & match做鴛鴦湯鍋,我就揀左店員推薦嘅香草蹄花鍋。湯底真材實料,好鮮甜,入面超多蹄花,充滿骨膠原! 一上湯底,店員就幫我地舀咗幾碗湯,冬天飲非常滋補!打邊爐之前先食刺身,一上枱見到原條海立魚刺身,大家都立即相機食先!海立魚非常新鮮,薄切後口感略有咬口,越嚼越甘甜,蘸酸汁更帶岀魚鮮!火鍋配料方面,打頭炮有海鮮拼盤,包括大元貝、蟶子皇、鮮蠔同埋肉蟹。 海鮮全部都好新鮮,蠔好肥美,元貝好大隻厚身,蟶子處理得好乾淨,肉蟹啖啖肉,好正!牛肉可以揀頂級安格斯牛小排或手切牛肉,我哋揀咗牛小排。牛小排油脂分佈均勻,色澤漂亮,肉味香濃。極品四色手工丸子有金箔鮮蝦丸、黑松露花枝丸、櫻花蝦豚肉丸同埋麻辣牛肉丸,每款都好有特色,不過如果四人餐可以每款丸都有4粒

極品四色手工丸子金箔鮮蝦丸、黑松露花枝丸、櫻花蝦豚肉丸同埋麻辣牛肉丸,每款都好有特色,不過如果四人餐可以每款丸都有4粒就好d,因為款款都好吸引,但有d味就試唔到,比較可惜。

現炸響鈴鬆脆富層次,確係比現成優勝,除此之外,仲可以自選多4款配料,我哋揀左黑柏葉、日本雪場蟹柳、沖繩墨汁餃同埋皇帝菜。

整體食物質素好高,海鮮及刺身質素新鮮,環境舒適,唔怕坐得好迫,上菜速度都快,係嗰晚客人太多,碟手肉切得比較耐。值得一讚嘅係店員服務殷勤友善!
