之前見朋友post相食呢間個蟹蓋燒好似好正,抵不住誘惑還是來試一下~先叫了一個魚生拼盤,原條伊佐木不得了,有薄切同厚切,我覺得原切好食啲,因為夠魚味,旁邊仲有成粒海膽,好鮮甜呀!叫了什錦天婦羅,大好評!啲蝦真係甜架~外皮又炸到勁勁勁脆~又有我最愛的南瓜,好好味!仲叫左個前菜汁煮鮑魚,鮑魚好稔但有咬口,重點係個汁真係冇得頂,只叫了一舊但好想食多幾舊呀,但又驚之後果d食唔落哈哈。重點來了!原來個蟹蓋燒叫蟹味噌甲羅燒,入面有蟹膏、蟹籽、蟹肉、鵑春蛋黃,撈埋一齊之後燒一陣。第一下食真係腥既,但慢慢食多幾啖就覺得幾好食,不過如果有碗白飯就perfect match!燒開有條路,仲叫左個帶子燒,哇大愛呢個!本身就好中意食帶子既我覺得佢係我食過最好味既帶子燒!因為燒既時候會加入日本甜豉油做湯底,帶子鮮味滲入湯入面飲埋佢真係不得了!呢個都好想encore~
