海鮮大餐一試難忘豉油王蝦一上碟已經聞到好香豉油味!炒得好有鑊氣,唔止蝦殼有味,入面啲蝦肉都好香口,啲殼用半煎炸方法令佢好脆。豉油味唔會太濃太鹹遮咗啲蝦嘅香味。椒鹽斑塊勁重椒鹽,斑塊炸到熱辣辣脆卜卜,魚肉入面就好嫩滑。酥炸生蠔成晚最愛呢碟!首先份量多差唔多有20隻,炸粉好薄一咬落去就食到蠔嘅鮮味,炸到金黃色唔會太油。墊底嘅生菜、中間嘅配菜秋葵同蕃茄椰菜都令成碟餸生色不少蒸斑腩食得多煎炸野,都食返啲健康小小嘅蒸魚啦。蒸斑腩同雲耳真係好好朋友,個芡汁味道勁夾。斑腩嘅骨好明顯,唔會太難食,魚肉好滑。
