在灣仔勝記食燒乳豬出哂名,估佢唔到食海鮮都唔曳!仲要整得好食添~唔怪得晚市咁旺啦!!花尾𧄌魚兩味~ 首先到場係花尾魚塊炒西蘭花, 魚肉連魚皮一齊上碟, 啖啖肉之餘, 仲好有肉質, 感覺扎實, 不油不膩, 只係清炒以感覚好鮮味。第二味係金蒜蒸頭腩, 頭腩配搭薑、蒜、蔥一齊蒸, 令頭腩格外入味, 邊肉及魚皮好有厚厚嘅膠質感, 相當弹牙, 真係知味鮮甜。鹽香鮑魚(4隻), 今次我第一次食鮑魚這款食法!椒鹽左既鮑魚好惹味香口!內層還保持鮑魚感有既彈牙口感!總之這味餸真係食過番尋味!酒家仲好窩心, 最後送上甜品, 真的要給佢1個like!這個是綠豆薏米糖水,很香又唔太甜!一粒粒咁好有咬口!
