朋友最近介紹咗一間位於荃灣隱蔽位置嘅新開日式料理俾我,知我鍾意食日本嘢又冇得去旅行,就叫我去過吓口癮都好,當係返咗鄉下!餐廳嘅裝修具有日本風味,有唔少居酒屋必備嘅裝飾,好似燈籠、黃黃嘅燈光、達摩、白鶴等等。食物嘅選擇都非常豐富,見到兩個抵食嘅壽司set,由刺身、壽司、沙律、小食、燒物都應有盡有,選擇困難症嘅我都係交俾朋友發板。壽司方面,叫左中拖羅、鵝肝、油甘魚、火炙三文魚腩。赤身同拖羅嘅分別就係在於唔同嘅油脂分布,拖羅油脂比較多,食落去有種入口即溶嘅感覺。而鵝肝壽司都有呢種口感,甚至比起拖羅更加滿口油香。海膽真係好鮮甜,唔好諗過呢個價錢都食到咁好味嘅海膽。油甘魚壽司嘅魚味濃,食落就知道好新鮮。火炙三文魚腩亦係唔錯,喜歡半生熟嘅感覺~另外仲叫咗一份牛油果海鰻卷。呢個卷物睇起嚟已經好吸引,壽司飯入面包住分量十足嘅牛油果,上面鋪左厚厚嘅鰻魚,加上鰻魚醬汁,食落好夾!最後仲叫咗一份海膽松葉蟹黑松露蒜汁炒飯!黑松露嘅香味唔係人人都喜愛,但我同朋友咁岩都係黑松露迷,食到停唔到!加上仲有鮮甜嘅海膽同埋松葉蟹,每一啖都好滿足!
