通常慶祝紀念日或者生日都想食好少少,環境好少少,如果想符合性價比嘅話,私房菜係一個好選擇。最近食嘅呢間銅鑼灣西餐廳可以睇到維港夜景,而且分咗一間間房,不但氣氛浪漫,私隱度都好高,除咗啱同情人嚟之外,亦好啱同姊妹傾偈談心。最近我就同好友嚟咗試下佢嘅 6-course dinner ($688)。店員先送上Welcome Snacks,每日都唔同,今日就係Mozzarella同 Parma Ham with melon。比較特別既係parma ham上加咗一滴陳年黑醋,更加帶出parma ham嘅鹹香。Bread Basket嘅牛角包都好鬆化!前菜我揀咗Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallop with sweet corn puree and lettuce北海道帶子煎得金黃色,賣相吸引,食落肉質柔軟,配上香甜粟米蓉,味道好有火花。Catch of the Day紅立魚煎得外皮香脆,肉質嫩滑,上桌時店員再噴一噴意大利果醋,令到魚嘅鮮味更加發揮。我最鍾意睇下嘅洋蔥,吸收咗白酒牛油汁同魚嘅鮮味,好香!Mushroom Soup蘑菇湯成日都見到,但呢度嘅蘑菇湯用咗16款菇類熬製而

Mushroom Soup
蘑菇湯成日都見到,但呢度嘅蘑菇湯用咗16款菇類熬製而成,無加忌廉,只係食菇原始嘅味道同埋加咗松露油,令到味道更加豐富有層次。唔似平時飲開嘅西湯,不過味道好就得啦!

Pasta: Bacon Pasta
意粉份量不多,不過作為過場都可以。意粉配上奶油醬汁,creamy惹味,煙肉片加添鹹香,不過質素未見驚喜。

鴨胸燒得表皮煙靭彈性,內裡軟腍入味,食落有淡淡蜜糖香氣,如果肉味濃一D就更好。

Dessert: Tiramisu with Kahlua Coffee Jelly, Almond crumble
tiramisu好有驚喜,口感軟滑,酒味同咖啡味都唔會各搶風頭,反而取得平衡。而咖啡啫喱而係好聰明嘅做法,提高咖啡濃郁度,又令到口感更加豐富,好食!
