朋友是需要聚聚見面的,今日來到銅鑼灣這店食中菜,因在26樓近窗邊位仲可見到維港夜景先來點了數款冷盤小食,糟香醉豬手一上檯就聞到好濃酒香,爽脆彈牙糟香不斷另一款醉雞一樣以酒香美味,雞件嫩清又充滿紹興花雕味無錫脆鱔炸得剛好,酸甜香脆,這小食如果送酒就一流海蜇頭用上舟山的,加入香濃麻油,食落的清爽脆身又有濃濃麻油香豬全骨被濃濃祕製醬汁包圍住,咬落去肉質鬆入味,面上仲芝麻粒加幾分麻香味這個係必點招牌菜嚟,叫龍鬚鮮魚絲,切成一條條的魚肉絲,經泡炒後食落魚肉彈牙鮮味,真係好好食果阻然招牌菜最後點了酒釀丸子做甜品,丸子微微煙韌軟糯,仲有酒糟及桂花香味,而甜度適中幾啱我
