聞名不如見面，已經知道西灣河開咗間海南雞飯一段時間，今日終於有機會試。一去到已見到大排長龍，有約10個人。只有他一間有咁多人，旁邊的食檔比較靜。不要忘記，這店只做外賣。🚶🏻🚶🏻🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♀️Have heard about this Hannan Chicken food store in San Wan Ho for a long time, finally found a chance to try it. 出名嘅原因，主要是好的老傅賣平價飯！一個字：抵！25元一盒海南雞飯＋例湯。💸 因為抵，所以加碼！加多8元換脾飯，又加多10元雞腎。The reason of its fame is probably because of the value of food from the chef master! Just a simple word can describe, VALUE! 💵It is only $25 for a dish of Hannan Chicken with a soup. So therefore I added more request to change to chicken thigh in $8 and add $10 chicken kidney.
食店內部只有廚房，而且在煮雞，一手掌幾隻，好真實見證海南雞的製作過程。老師傅努力在前台切雞。🐔🐔🐔The store only is a kitchen, and they cook the chicken in real time. One hand holding up few chickens to dip in hot water, witness the full process of making of. The chef master then chopping the chicken at the front desk. 🐔🐔🐔
排咗10分鐘終於到我。🤗海南雞飯不算大，有3種醬汁，可能係醬汁直接放在雞和飯上，油飯有點鹽。🤔 整體不錯，但應該最美味還是原始$25又抵又專業的海南雞飯！😬 記住這只是一間外賣店，如果要即食就只能夠站著食，或者可以好似我咁，走10分鐘到海旁慢慢享受！🌬🌬🌬After queuing for 10 mins, it's my turn. 🤗The rice bowl is not that big, and it comes with 3 different sources that put on top of the chicken and rice. It maybe the reason the rice is a little salty. Anyhow, the overall impression is great, and the most original $25 bowl should be the best! 😬 Btw, don't forget it is only a take away store, if you go and expecting eat right there, you probably need to stand around with holding your rice bowl, or you can go to the waterfront 10 mins walk from the store like what I did, enjoy your meal with a sea breeze! 🌬🌬🌬
