今日去到灣仔Bifteck的餐廳,佢主打法式料理。餐廳環境頗大,燈光昏暗,幾浪漫🌹French Fries with Truffle Mayo $78薯條炸得恰到好處,外脆內軟,再加上濃郁的松露醬,簡直是完美的搭配。Carbonara $168嚐起來,醬汁濃稠,要趁熱食,煙肉和蛋黃醬汁一齊食,味道更豐富,意粉亦煮得爽口掛汁。iberico Collar with Dry Spicy and Garlic $278今晚的主角😍這道豬頸肉烤得剛好,外層有微微的焦香味,肉質半肥半瘦,食落都幾嫩又有肉香。再加上芥末醬和大蒜的香氣,令味道更豐富,配上Baby Spinach和Baked potato,更是完美的搭配。Chocolate mille Feuille $78係酥脆酥皮配軟朱古力醬,再加球軟滑小雪糕。Oolong tiramisu $98以烏龍茶作為主要材料,不僅香氣撲鼻,輕盈的口感都唔錯。
