「浜燒」是日本一種傳統飲食文化,日本四面環海,漁民會把剛捕獲的海產用炭爐即燒即食,風味十足,鮮味滿嘴。可惜,香港的餐廳不能用炭爐,取而代之的,是便攜式的氣體爐,熱力更為平均,方便又快捷。在這兒用餐,有店員悉心替客人燒海鮮,大家就可以「袖手旁觀」了。
