餐廳內有一個魚缸養住各種海產,即撈即燒(即係浜燒),所以呢度嘅海鮮都係非常新鮮嘅,可以食出漁獲的鮮味。呢一日嚟到呢度同朋友慶祝生日,我哋兩個都非常滿足餐廳安排我哋坐counter,可以睇到幾位師傅成晚又燒海鮮又整刺身壽司[浜·崎二人前,$850/位]我哋揀咗呢個set,相當豐富[燒和牛野菜]和牛薄片沾滿咗日式芝麻醬,再放喺爽脆嘅沙律菜上。呢個係一人份量,前菜嚟講都幾大碟!不過就稍嫌日式芝麻醬蓋過咗牛味[刺身4點]秋刀魚—正值秋天當造期,秋刀魚皮下會有一層薄薄嘅脂肪,食落魚味濃郁豐腴,油脂豐富,肉質嫩甜吞拿魚腩—粉紅色嘅拖羅光澤十足,非常新鮮,一放入口即時散發香醇嘅魚油香味,口感順滑、入口即溶活赤貝—相比起其他三款刺身,活赤貝嘅味道雖然係比較淡,但食落鮮甜爽口唔腥,用紫蘇葉包住食味道更豐富加拿大海膽—加拿大海膽體積偏大,刺身就自然肥美豐厚。除咗望落新鮮實淨之外,食落口更係滑不溜口、甘香鮮甜[浜燒盛盒]炭爐就喺counter後,所以我哋可以睇住師傅燒。個爐雖然火候十足,但唔洗怕危險,因為有塊玻璃隔住,亦唔洗怕吹到成身都係灰日本蠔—見師傅燒嘅時候不時加上醬油等調味料,將蠔燒至全熟,雖然蠔身纖

野菜鍋嘅料夾起哂後就用嚟煮芝士烏冬,但我覺得呢個芝士有少少唔太夾,有可能係因為太少、唔夠芝士味、到喉唔到肺... 或者反而唔落芝士,食湯底本身嘅清甜味會更出色

雪芭有柚子、咖啡、芝士三款味道可以揀,本身我想試芝士味,但怕太漏,所以都係揀柚子味,因為真係食得好飽好飽,希望柚子可以消吓濟。雪芭食落清新酸甜,而且仲有柚子喺入面,係真材實料嘅雪芭啊

一路食飯一路傾偈又一路望住師傅忙呢樣忙嗰樣,原來都不知不覺過咗差唔多三個鐘
