識食,一定係以流浮山海鮮店煮海鮮既技藝,配自己既自來海鮮。上湯龍蝦伊面底廚師十分識做,見我啲龍蝦咁新鮮,所以有幫我走油;龍蝦既鮮味保留返哂係啲汁道。上湯汁做得好好,唔會太咸,但又足以帶出龍蝦既鮮味。不得不讚新陶園處理海鮮既方法,啲鮑魚洗到白白淨!以鮑魚汁炆鮮鮑,鮑汁唔會太濃味,清清地,卻有效吊出鮑魚既鮮味;但如果咸返少少就更和味。呢碟蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝都唔錯,粉絲份量適中,蒜蓉唔會overpowering。食帶子最怕煮得太老,但呢間店既扇貝既生熟程度控制得啱啱好,肉質鮮嫩!
