牛乳蛋鰻魚飯🍚餐牌介紹依度嘅鰻魚係用活鰻,食落的確同現成急凍嗰啲蒲燒鰻魚有好明顯嘅分別,絕對係完全唔同level,平時嘅鰻魚通常成條都比較腍身,但係依度食得出魚皮同魚肉嘅分別,魚皮燒得非常香脆、係脆卜卜嘅,至於鰻魚肉嘅肉質比平時多一分彈牙,更加鮮味,唔會只得鰻魚燒汁嘅味道,炒蛋用咗牛乳所以好夠滑,用料確係有唔同👍雜錦刺身飯🥢材料有牡丹蝦、三文魚、三文魚子、帆立貝、八爪魚、北寄貝等等,整體都好新鮮,帆立貝尤為鮮甜,而飯係用赤醋飯🍣3.6牛乳煮鮟鱇魚肝🥛鮟鱇魚肝嘅口感幾香滑,三文魚子增加鹹鮮,而酸汁啫喱就做到解膩嘅作用,配合得宜~我哋仲叫咗2款串燒,燒烤嘅時間控制得唔錯,牛舌係用黑椒同埋七味粉調味,爽口得嚟又好易咬,免治雞肉棒亦係好實在,中間有啲軟骨增加口感🍖
