蛇羹,都有蛇肉而且足料,叫咗四人份量,但可以分成9碗,可惜沒有薄荷葉,但配上生炒糯米飯是很配合的;
生炒糯米飯,飯身都乾,份量不小,但配料比飯小;
生煎包,包皮比較厚,而且肉比較小,似菜肉包多D;
鴨翼(小食),份量不小,味道不錯;
燒鵝,味道可以,但可惜上碟時已經涷了;
燒肉拼盤,廚師有切好拼盤才上菜;
龍躉切片,比較多骨,而且有小小鯹;
粉絲蟹煲,亦是不太熱,而且整個煲比較乾。
員工態度:整體上可以,但上菜的員工很冇禮貌,將枱上的包裝紙巾掉到我的筷子上,而且完全沒有覺得有問題。









To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
