兩位食晚飯,星期日大概6pm 到唔洗排隊。叫咗一個豬手飯,一個牛嘅船面。一個青檸梳打,一個泰式檸檬茶。船面嚟先。牛湯濃郁,好大陣八角味,食落去唔辣,唔知以為食緊台灣牛肉面,但係多舊炸豬皮plus兩片高層塔香葉。豬手飯要稍為等等,配嘅係咸菜,同樣比我地一種台式味道。我諗主要係佢無配辣椒白醋汁喺隔離,又無d酸蘿蔔之類。反而配咸菜,好似變左台式/中式飯。豬手可以再腍d,都合格。我杯泰式檸檬茶係全晚感覺最泰式的。飲得出係係泰式茶葉,同埋係用泰式青檸。略覺得唔夠酸,問佢加d青檸都好配合。總括味道係好食嘅,不過我覺得唔夠泰式,尤其個豬手飯。船面也是自己加枱面的乾辣椒碎才感覺泰式d,但係堅泰國菜應該多用新鮮辣椒粒。我覺得店家如果主動提供鮮辣椒喺枱面會更好。食完離開,好多人排隊!
