我哋揀咗火鍋放題B餐,即係美國產極選肩胛牛小排餐。老公揀左馬來娘惹叻沙鍋,湯底香濃,叻沙湯底味道好出,好香。我揀左青檸椰奶雞湯鍋,好有椰奶味,湯底濃郁,唔錯。佢哋嘅牛肉新鮮,牛小排好有牛肉味,牛舌彈牙,口感好好。牛胸腹就質地鬆軟,全部都好味。
套餐除咗有牛肉,仲有炸物同串燒,我哋叫左炸蝦餅同燒雞軟骨都好食。
套餐包流水蝦放題,啲蝦好新鮮,隻隻蝦都生猛,蝦肉彈牙,好有鮮味。
最後食雪糕,我揀左士多啤梨乳酪雪條,味道唔錯。
呢間餐廳嘅食物質素唔錯,種類多,服務態度都好好。













To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
