To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. (🕵🏻我係神秘食客)
理解集團可能想控制成本,
但這冷壓檸檬汁真的不是好東西,
被檸檬皮的苦澀蓋住,
殺死了檸檬的清新香甜。
原本清香解渴的香港經典凍檸茶,
都變得苦澀,失去靈魂。☠️
或者公司可以考慮調整原材料成份,
例如檸檬肉先去籽,
同時減少檸檬皮的比例等。
