今日嚟到中環一間泰式串燒店,喺中環站D2出口行上去就見到,呢度嘅招牌係泰式串燒同去骨海南雞泰式酸辣豬頸肉沙律:豬頸肉烤得幾香,不過偏瘦,下面嘅沙律菜酸酸辣辣,好開胃,不過都真係幾辣串燒我哋揀咗牛仔骨,菠蘿,白鱔同魷魚鬚,牛仔骨醃得好入味,烤到好香;菠蘿都唔錯,唔會太酸;白鱔冇骨,外面香脆,入邊肉汁都可以鎖住;魷魚鬚都好香脆,不過咬嘅時候好容易彈到成身都係汁去骨海南雞:肉質嫩滑,外皮爽口唔油膩,最重要係去晒骨,食起嚟好方便泰式串燒配炒飯及雜菜:個炒飯雖然好深色不過其實唔會好鹹,配埋味道較濃嘅串燒食啱啱好,串燒有雞牛豬三款
