今次同朋友嚟試食既餐廳名叫「NiRas」,係泰國名廚Ton主理的。之前由Ton主理的廳餐廳 Le Du 獲得了米芝蓮一星,而在亞洲最佳 50 家餐廳中亦都排名第一 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽,應該好多鍾意食泰國嘢既朋友都有聽過佢個名!所以呢餐飯我係非常之期待既,先講其中一道我記憶最深刻既菜式「半熟生蝦伴著爽口海葡萄」,新鮮既蝦肉煮到半熟狀態配上海藻賣相靚,美味鮮嫩清甜又爽口另外主菜有甘「和牛,鯛立鱗燒、蟹肉蘑菇飯」,特別係「蟹肉蘑菇飯」,賣相精美,鮮味既蟹肉分係飯上面,一啖放入口果豐盈口感真係好滿足,點埋特製既幾款醬汁就更加有層次感,正!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽仲有「水煮𧐢配四川辣椒醬」。四川辣椒醬本身就經已夠開胃惹味,嫩滑既𧐢肉搭配麻辣,一定要飲少少酒喇!🤤🤤所以開咗「百十郎 純米大吟釀 黑面」同朋友分享,支酒水果味香,甘酸平衡,女仔好岩飲。👍🏽
