To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好彩預先卜咗枱食晏,放飯時間上到嚟,人山人海。呢度同「走肉朋友」的規矩喺一樣,入座前先以現金付款,冇加一,食飽後要自行將用過的餐具放到回收區。午巿限時 75 分鐘,晚巿就 90 分鐘。長型食物枱就喺門口附近,分咗沙律區、炸物區、熱食、茶水、糖水、湯同甜品。可能人太多,埋到沙律區時只係見到豆、青瓜絲、番茄仔、羽衣甘藍同粟米粒。羽衣甘藍冇切細上枱,進食唔方便。炸物的補貨速度最快,比較喜歡腐皮卷同炸豆腐,外脆內軟。印象良好的食物有荷葉飯(飯粒分明,有香氣)、涼拌老鼠耳(調味適宜)、炒青椒(清爽,連籽同吃,口感一流)及羅漢果茶(甜度剛好)。不過呢,食物唔夠「走肉朋友」的多元化吸引。午巿高峰期過後,即使坐超過 75 分鐘,店員都冇要求交枱,讚。喺波鞋街有呢個地方可以舒服坐吓,用 68 蚊食一餐素,值得一試,更難得係呢度未有強國人大舉進駐。
