很久沒見的好友大家相約聚餐,當然要找一個舒服地方和可以慢慢享受的晚餐,於是在網上找了一間法國私房菜餐廳,當晚我們選擇了露台位置,環境舒適有氣氛,而餐廳室內環境柔和的燈光有情調。之前我與餐廳訂位時已用whatsapp 把餐牌的菜式發送給我們,而且如有特別要求都可以與餐廳提早溝通食物安排,這服務很貼心。我預先選擇了 Chef Tasting Menu 裏的 5 Course $588 菜單首先來一份初榨橄欖油配義大利脆包,義大利脆包外脆內軟再沾上榨橄欖油和醋。跟著慢慢地奉上每一道appetizer 菜式。磯煮原隻南非鮑魚配魚子醬鮑魚鮮甜爽口,配上高檔的魚子醬,一流。紐西蘭托托蜆配香草牛油白酒汁用了香草、牛油、白酒汁一起烹調的托托蜆,每一隻的托托蜆都能吸收了精華令味蕾更加豐富,蜆肉鮮味而且肥美。法式香煎鴨肝香煎鴨肝配上青蘋果一起不覺油膩,沾上微甜的醬汁好清新。法式龍蝦濃湯每一啖都充滿濃郁的龍蝦味道,還有湯入面的龍蝦肉鮮甜美味。3道appetizer吃完之後,再奉上主菜的時候法國菜通常會給客人一個小雪葩去清一清喉嚨,令我們吃主菜時可以品嘗到食物的味道。西班牙黑毛豬架配密糖芥末籽汁自家秘製的蜜糖

西班牙黑毛豬架配密糖芥末籽汁
自家秘製的蜜糖芥末籽汁和伴菜襯托西班牙黑毛豬架,黑毛豬的肉質juicy多汁,外層輕煎得至香脆,份量也恰當。再配上紅酒一起進食真是一種享受。
朋友吃的法國油鴨配雜苺紅酒汁也不錯。
