麵條較粗，半熟蛋吸引，濃湯味道適中。把麵沾上温熱的湯，口感不錯。如果肉片大磈點會更好，現在白size有種「到喉唔到肺」的感覺。
拉麵算是比上不足 比下有餘的，可能受過一風堂的洗禮，對拉麵要求較高。但整體湯濃拉麵爽，也是可回頭之選。
