喺油麻地嘅第一郡,呢間越式餐廳,最近去嗰度享受咗一餐豐富嘅晚餐,由傳統嘅蟹膏蕃茄湯檬到創新嘅越式軟包,每樣菜式都係一個驚喜,令我深刻體驗到越南菜嘅多樣性同精緻。首先,蟹膏蕃茄湯檬喺味道上完美平衡咗鮮甜同酸味,蟹膏嘅豐富口感同蕃茄嘅清新融合得天衣無縫,每一啖湯都令人垂涎。越式雞扒飯嘅雞扒烤得外層微焦,內裡肉質嫩滑,佐以特製醬汁,味道鮮美得嚟唔膩口。香茅雞翼同米紙蝦卷都係亮點。香茅雞翼外皮烤到恰到好處,香茅嘅清香撲鼻,肉質鮮嫩;而米紙蝦卷則係清爽開胃,蝦肉鮮美,配合蔬菜同香草,每一啖都充滿越南特色。再講下,烤豬肉法包同越式軟包都非常值得一試。烤豬肉法包嘅豬肉烤得香脆可口,配上新鮮蔬菜,口感層次豐富;越式軟包則以其軟糯嘅口感同滿滿嘅肉類餡料贏得我嘅喜愛。飲品方面,牛油果沙冰同鹹檸梳打都非常特別。牛油果沙冰滑嫩細膩,牛油果嘅濃郁與冰沙嘅涼爽完美融合,而鹹檸梳打則提供咗一種全新嘅味覺體驗,鹹鮮中帶有檸檬嘅酸香,清新解渴。最後嘅甜品,芒果糯米卷,糯米軟糯甜美,搭配新鮮芒果嘅酸甜,令整個晚餐嘅收尾充滿了甜蜜。
