好久沒食砂鍋粥了,看到呢間店覺得就呢間啦,我同老公兩個人叫了蟹粥、鹵水鵝片同薑汁芥蘭,是不是有點多呢鹵水鵝片,非常高水準之作。鵝片軟稔入味,肥膏很少,合我的心意。鹵水汁沒有死鹹的感覺,帶有八角、香茅等味道,禁不住一吃再吃。墊底的豆腐更出色。薑汁芥蘭,煮得剛好,仲有一啲薑片夾雜喺中間,有薑汁味。蟹粥,粥帶著海鮮的鮮味,螃蟹鮮美,還有很多蟹膏,真是好好味
