To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於打電話佢職員話訂枱的話要去到4月中,所以唯有一放工就去試下攞飛排隊,當時係6點40分。我地張飛係B38,排3人枱,但由於佢哋係無限制人食既時間,所以我地一直等到9點半依然係叫到B18!可能啲人都走哂唔等,故等多15分鐘就可以入座,足足等咗超過3個鐘!但佢地10點半就last order,所以我哋要喺45分鐘之內完成落單,餐飯食咗1個鐘!以要排3個鐘去食呢個燒肉,我覺得其他的品牌會更好味,應該不會再去。
