今日因為有同事last day, 同事以丸作散水茶代替散水餅,由於麻麻地丸作嘅珍珠,於是平平地叫左琥珀鐵觀音就算。
原先都無咩期望,但收到時有少少意外驚喜,因為茶色比平時飲開嘅鐵觀音深色,非常漂亮。再試試個味,雖然今次甜度同冰都係正常,但鐵觀音味十分香濃,並無比甜味蓋過,亦都無比冰溝淡,茶味除左香濃亦十分甘香,飲一啖整個口腔充滿回甘,而且久久不散,所有野都十分配合,茶控必試。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
