一打開lift門已經有驚喜古色古香嘅江戶前風格,木色裝潢浮世繪,楓葉🍁石牆、日本庭園設計好多打卡位,真係好似去咗日本咁呢度主打福岡料理嘅,由2位福岡師傅坐鎮,好多唔同菜式二月人剌身盛日本空運到港,非常新鮮有牡丹蝦,深海池魚,帆立貝等配上柚子更清新最中餅係是平安時代皇宮內既御用點心,由糯米粉製成,口感香脆內裏係鮟鱇魚肝,師傅處理得好好一啲都唔腥,口感綿密細膩壽喜燒就食得多,加棉花糖真係未試過店員介紹原來最近日本流行咁食法落棉花糖前嘗嘗湯汁,到落完棉花糖,湯底多了幾分甜味,更好味A4宮崎和牛真心高質,好大塊,而且油花分布均勻,輕灼10秒食得!肉味濃郁,咩都唔洗落,配日本蛋汁已經好好味三瀨雞全翼唔洗炸都做到皮脆肉嫩,雞皮好薄好香口
