(*˘︶˘*).。.:綠茶餐廳*♡最近食左幾間大陸開到黎香港的餐廳,不食由自可,食過之後心心念念成日諗幾時再去特別係銅鑼灣希慎廣場嘅綠茶餐廳,完全要用朝聖去形容,綠茶一早已經在內地已經打響名堂,星期五晚餐廳入面坐滿晒,氣氛熱鬧到不得了!今次我哋叫咗幾款招牌菜,香港分店仲有限定菜色Tim!-江南熏魚: 熏魚嘅賣相非常吸引,魚肉大小切得厚薄均勻,顏色金黃,一口一塊-食落去外脆內嫩,魚肉嘅鮮甜味同熏香味完美結合。-個人超喜歡面飯醬香五花肉: 呢個菜式真係好有創意!五花肉炸得香口,食落卜卜脆,醬汁入味。配埋包皮食,豬油香在口裡爆發啊~-不過最留下深刻印象還是龍井烤雞龍井茶熏過的清香配上烤雞嘅香脆,-係一個意想不到嘅組合。雞肉嫩滑多汁,加上龍井淡淡茶香,唔會覺得膩。最後還叫了粉絲裹蝦粉絲裹蝦以小鍋直接上檯,粉絲炒得香口,蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,好食好食。-果然名不虛傳,綠茶餐廳嘅食物質素真係好出色,每一款菜式都充滿咗江南嘅風味。特別係江南熏魚同面飯醬香五花肉,真係令人一試難忘。這裡的江南菜食物質素同喺內地嘅名氣一樣咁好,下次還會再來食醉蝦!#綠茶餐廳 #江南菜 #銅鑼灣美食 #希慎廣場 #美食日記 #fo
