娘娘和我 “笑傲”在“江湖” ... 我這晚用了15分鐘才練罷這秘笈!實在精美!忘了點菜 ...先來一個“酸菜鱸魚” ... 賣相用心,謀殺了不少菲林,而因為上面的蔥蒜夠多,夠香、夠惹味。吃到底發現,𥚃邊有煎過的薑片和煎過的魚骨腩,湯是奶白色的,有膠質,應該是用魚煎出來,而且全部魚骨墊底下,魚片又夠滑,按推算,㕑師應該是餞好魚湯,先把魚骨撈出,放在盤𥚃,再用那魚湯浸熟魚片,然後把魚片鋪在上面,倒回魚湯,魚片才有這樣嫩,而湯也不太辣嘴,上桌時加了小爐把菜加熱、保溫,認真、有誠意 ... 這麼有詩意,故人范仲淹馬上出場:「江上往來人,但愛鱸魚美!」很難得,它的串燒也出色,“金銀蒜燒翠玉瓜”和“馬拉盞燒茄子”不相伯仲,料頭香口,蔬菜口感依然,火候掌握得甚好!要翻兜!
